Electronics->Switch problem

    Hi all,

I've problem with the switches. I'm using NSCN (to deactivate switch) and PSCN (to activate switch). Sometimes the switches not activates by PSCN due to unknown problems.

This problem is very rare, as I think. But I'm building digital clock and it is very big problem, because I've switch-based memory, decoders and other components.

Bug working at all versions I played (at last too).

Tested on various computers, if it's important.

By this link you can download simplest save (from my dropbox).

If you add buttery at bottom free cell and delete it, switch shall be deactivated.

    This works, but not always.

    Thanks,

    Dmitry.

I'm afraid it's something not easily fixed...
If you could use a single SWCH pixel it'd be much much more reliable.

    Try this.

    Thanks for answers.

boxmein, looks like. I cant use single pixels in my components.

john, I'm trying to make components as smaller as I can :) It is too expensive for me. For example, I've compact component storing 1 bit. I'm using 4 those components for storing 1 decimal value. For digital clock I have to add another 3 for other digits. For each I shall add decoder. Its no so compact at complete...

No problem, I can build smaller, smaller even than your proposion. Just keep an eye on that save.

Sorry, but I'm not using wireless connection.

Now, a small version without wifis. Used Instant conductor because it doesn't conduct to metall.

Now it works, but it's very fast.

That's not true. You always can use single pixels in your contraptions, just need to apply a brainwave.

     boxmein,

    >> That's not true

    It is an argument?

May be would better to close eyes on it, but it is true.

Or pointing on my abilities looks like a solution for you?

Bug is very rare, but it is bug.

    >> You always can use single pixels

Needed to use several pixels due to electricity-speed-propagation-based elements.

I'm simply noticing you about this.
