    I've removed a few parameters from it and added new ones, including a reaction that lowers the conditions needed for Fusion to occur and a tmp2 feature, making it a bit more useful in manually creating PLUT and in cloning without using CLNE.

    it seems to have alot of unrelated properties maybe it should be more than just one element
