Why should PBCN be able to activate DMG?

    PBCN is destroyed by the other bomb like substances, (BOMB, DEST etc) thus it makes sense for DMG to also destroy it

    I find it useful. I can make a pbcl neutron generator set off compressed deut to make a firey explosion, and I can use DMG to make destructable pressure generators (for fusion bombs).
