I like it, where do I sign up?

I would say yes to the idea, we just needed community support.
I see it as a separate website or a section of this, with a similar browser to the save browser. It contains "assets" - units of usefulness. It can be anything - a XOR gate, a nice separator image, a bundle of photon lasers, a Gosper Glider Gun, a piece of text (idea), a Lua script, a package of electronics parts, laser lenses, whatever :D
The system would base itself on tags, like Powder Toy saves, because tags are best way to sort. Tags could be voted upon and the worst tags/saves removed by moderation or the original poster. No comments because those are awful.
Basically, a "User Content" section or page. It could be cool.
But it should start simple like a group. The group implementations suck though, so I hope that would happen either soon or something. -

I don't agree. Some people deserve bans and he was one I suppose. Maybe some mods do abuse their power but take Lockheedmartin for example, hes nice, helpful, and I havent heard of him banning many people. Powder Toy hasent lost any respect for the users. The new users mostly don't evan know those mods dedicate their
lives to this game (maybe I am exagerating but you get what I mean I guess) and the newbies don't respect them, as the result of this, The mods arnt quite as respectful back. Just my theory, don't mind if you don't agree.
