    It makes sense. Having a flood fill on the deco layer would be very helpful :3

    The thing that made flood fill elements work is there were border lines. If there were some way of defining deco-borderlines, this would work. Maybe a new deco tool?

    though, this doesn't seem like a very bad idea. It would be mandatory usage-wise, because particles already do that. Would it cross over two different elements?
