I have reached a conclusion. These guys are really hard to control. They'll randomly decide they want to go in a certain direction if they've been jumping, and it's tricky to stop them. If they touch the wall on Blockframe they die. If it's not blockframe they then fall out of the game. Goody. The jumping is also very hard to predict. They can jump high enough that landing kills them, which really doesn't make much sense. Perhaps introduce a fall damage setting? Also when they jump they can jump like 2 feet in the air, or they send themselves into the stratosphere. Movement is sticky and slow to respond when climbing wall. In general I think stickmen need to be completely revamped. I also think fighters should be able to kick the stickmen like in the browser version of this.
Dan-Ball's Powder Game is not a browser version of Powder Toy, for christ sake. They may look similar, but TPT is different from Powder Game in a unique way.
And no, Just make the walls thicker, it stops them from leaving the screen in Block Frame.
If you don't like it, code a better one. Oh, so it's too hard? That's probably how the devs feel. You should be happy to even have a thing you can control.
They really are hard to control and I don't see why it would be hard to code this. Just make them run slower, jump less high and let them walk over objects a few pixels high more easily and that will make a great difference. Those don't seem things that are hard to code.
I don't really use them a lot so this isn't really important to me but they seem handy to work in nuclear reactors to bring in more plutonium or neutrons when needed.
Stickmen can sometimes randomly go through 3 pixel walls.
I can get them go through 5 block horizontal walls..., AKA: 20xL px area (L = screen's horizontal line lengh), with a vertical vector.
