 My problem with Facebook (which I have never used, but know enought about it to understand the problems with it) is that it could potentially crash TPT servers with too many users. It is surprisingly easy for such disasters to occur. (I once saw a report on the news where a girl posted an invitation to a birthday party on Facebook, and got more than a thousand responses!)

There are enough trolls and haters already. With Facebook bringing in so many more users the number of trolls and haters would increase way too much to be fun.
