Because the moving sponge doesent work a lot I rtied experimenting with other elements like mort.

After when I typed in !set vx mort -1, all of the mort doesent move only some. Does anyone have a good explanation of why this is happening.

Powders are technically moving solids too, for the four states of matter are solid, liquid, gas and plasma. Powders are just small chunks of solid in a pile. They move and fall. That's not the point though.

Hey another question stemming from this thread, but what state of matter would light be called? Wouldn't it be a solid?

I remember a day in my science class two years ago where the teacher asked what state of matter a pile of salt would be (And keep in mind this was an honors course) and some doofus responded by saying: "Uh well teacher, wouldn't it be a liquid because it moves around to fill a container and all of the surrounding space inside?". What worsened the situation was the fact that half the class agreed with him too.

Ouch! What a strange class... As for photons, they actually are a form of energy. In real life, they don't fall into any of the four states of matter.

Wow but if I remember correctly light is classified as energy not as matter
