New WATR idea?

Wouldn't it just be easier to make one type of water with multiple ctypes/tmp/tmp2/insert variable here instead of using the four element slots(WATR, SLTW, BUBW, DSTW)? Im not a programmer so I don't know if this is possible but if it is I think it would help make more element slots in TPT.

It would be easier but not possible due to the different kinds of reactions and functions the different types have

We have plenty of element slots left, and if need be, more can always be made available through the further construction of TPT's database/memory area.

Don't worry about running out anytime soon.

I like the idea of it but grandmaster and reaper are right.

We won't run out close to soon, and as explained by grandmaster, too many functions+breakable save.

Devs have already extended it once a while ago. It's not long before they'll need to do it again.

Saves wouldn't necessarily be broken. The data would just be stored elsewhere.

    extending @pilojo (View Post) :
They extended it once by removing all LIFE types and using them as a single element.

That too, but they have, before, taken the element cap and raised it.
