A new tool for Decoration

    I think the Decoration tool menu should have Noise, so you could easily add more realism to decorations.

    It's not that hard to add some dots of different colors.

    Good idea, although it is currently possible through artistic use of the lighten/darken tool. If you use this tool with 1 pixel and move it randomly, it is easily possible to do this.
