    Three of the five languages you suggested are slow, two of the five are bad and two are good. Choose wisely.

    Delphi has prebuiltin gui support, and has a super-fast compiler, 10k lines of code in 0.15 second on my computer, while C/C++ has neither
    I use python aswell, when i need flexibility, python sucks at speed

    Delphi may dislink gui, producing a console app...
