Well i came up with a new idea as save in PT, got one good feedback and decided to post idea here.
Well idea is simple
If you heat coal and not expose it to fire it will emit combustible gas called coal gas.
The gas is combustible and can be used to make gasoline or diesel via Fischer-Tropsch method by adding mixture chemicals(i dont know what these chemicals are i just know that they are needed, maybe some acidic liquid that reacts with other elements)
The element should be compressable, but compressing process should be between deuterium and gas, it can be compressed with cold temperatures or pressure. It loses half of its mass via compressing but will regain it after heating or exposing to lower pressure.
It may be too realistic but i would like it very much.
The reaction is called coal gasification in real life.
i checked, syngas is same thing, it has many names, producing those gases is little different and it depends what components are used, this is how i understood it.
The production process is distinct, both physically and chemically, from that used to create a range of gaseous fuels known variously as 'manufactured gas', 'syngas', 'hygas', 'Dowson gas' and 'producer gas'. These gases are made by partial combustion of a wide variety of feed stocks in some mixture of air, oxygen or steam,
