I didn't have very good grammar when I joined here. I live in Finland, so English is not my native language. Now it's nine months from that and I have learned lots of correct English. All I needed was that I wanted to speak better English, and I had time to learn it. Now I use pretty good grammar, but sometimes I still make mistakes. I will never be perfect, but I will always learn more and I hope new users who comes here would make their best and try to learn speak proper English. Only thing that really teaches you, is training. Every day for nine months I have spoke english, alot, and I will continue. Maybe someday I will be as good as native English speakers.
While this is the internet, TPT forms does hold a standard you know. While nobody can force you to use correct grammar, everybody will appreciate the use of correctly spelled words and the occasional period or comma.
translators don't always get the job right. translators only change the words, they will change word order in a sentence. for example, if a French person used a translator to say "I have a blue face", it would come out "I have a face blue". forgive me if my French isn't entirely correct.
