The most common use is to keep a save library, private/public (what ever you want). Many of the users choose to post on the forums. You can do both, of course... The forum, however, is not only about TPT. In the "General" section, you can talk about what ever you want to talk about. -
You can login with your account in TPT and post saves ?

Welcome to the forums!
The main things you can do with an account is to upload and publish creations you have made, and start and reply to topics on the forums.
Nice to see someone who introduces themselves as you have done. I like you already!

Just about everything everyone else said, but most of all, HAVE FUN, and don't make save for votes, because if they really are great (which I'm sure they will be), they won't need advertising and stuff. :)Nice to see polite new people joining TPT.
