I think someone has. I think if you made one it would have to be more than just a microwave. If you do want to make one I would recommend pixel art and maybe a timer too and then I think it might get front page.

Catelite made a few good ones that use photons and stuff to heat things up.
Type 'user:Catelite' in the search box and you might find them.
