Acts opposite the LRAY (LRAY makes reactions from left to right, DRAY makes it from right to left.)
Color: Dark Purple.
Neutral Matter (NMAR)
Melts at the same temperature as IRON does, but doesn't annihillates on contact with AMTR, SING and BOMB. Absorbs LRAY and DRAY both.
Reactions between new elements:
DRAY and LRAY together form NMAT (Neutral Matter)

I think the Stabilizer and De-stabilizer would be more appropriate. I think it may be possible to have those three rays as a different TMP or ctype variations of a single element. -
long list of reactions there, so you've definitely thought this through.
...Though a word of advice, if you want to see it made, you'll need to either code it in yourself or bug someone else to, for a test run. And then get it into Github so anyone running the source can copy it in with ease. -
