That is a futile concept, 3DS is the worst possible platform for TPT because every 3DS sold is sold at a loss, logic dictates that the manufacturers of such a system would prematurely cease production. -
In my opinion 3DS is a bad choice for TPT. Not only because it would take a lot of resources, but the power needed and integrating into the platform. It works with a PSP if there's a home brew, but other than that it needs certain conditions to run.
EDIT: Someone did make a mod for the Wii and it's outdated. -

It's already on the Wii. In fact there have been 2 separate homebrew ports of TPT to the Nintendo Wii.

@Videogamer555How is that spam? It is giving someone a link to homebrew their Wii so they can play TPT on it. It is within the topic parameters, and it is giving someone a way to play TPT on the Wii.
