Electron inconsistency

How do electrons and neutrons come together into an atom of oxygen? Does that even make sense? Atoms are composed of the 3 main subatomic particles Protons with a positive charge. Neutrons with no charge (which allows nuclear force to hold them together. And electron with a negative charge. Even with all three things this still has an inconsistency. How can they only make one type of atom? That also doesn't make sense. Another thing shouldn't more atoms go through bonding. This isn't happening either. All of these things would make tpt more realistic. Then we could add more properties of matter and more subatomic particles. The possibilities are endless. Please comment below.

Well the devs don't really give a damn about realism, they prefer usefulness.

Frankly nothing in this game makes sense compared to real-life physics. Particles in TPT are arbitrary amounts of imaginary mass that have no real weight, painted onto a two-dimensional surface. This game's entertainment survives off of rule of cool, it doesn't matter if it actually make sense. xD
