Best viewed in mode "nothing display" in TPT (press "8" to get that display mode), and best viewed with decorations mode turned on (though even with it off, the colors of the elements are dithered in a way as to make it look pretty good).

Also you will need to use the latest beta version of TPT to view it, as I stupidly saved this from the beta, even though it doesn't use any of the new elements.

I remember watching this a couple of years ago

Well technically companies from 4 countries were involved in various aspects of making it.
Italy
France
Taiwan
United States

But it's usually considered French and Italian because I think that's where most of the work was done. However in the lead character (the red haired girl named Will), you can definitely see influences of the anime drawing style, suggesting an Asian influence. And as it turns out there are indeed 2 Taiwanese companies that were involved in making this cartoon, at least one of which has worked on anime shows before.
