Help with Computer?

    Having issues with my graphics card maybe. The screen turns all white-ish and nothing works. We ended up putting it in safe mode. Any ideas? Almost %100 sure its not a virus. Sorry, but i will not get around to helping people with their creations till we get it fixed.Its a newer computer, if that helps. Windows XP.

    We run a virus scan everyday. I'll try the graphics card. It's a desktop.

    Update your graphics drivers. If that doesn't work, it's the graphics card or your monitor.

    I'd call that a problem with the monitor. Try hooking your computer up to a different one.

    Additional Info: Will work for about 10-15 minutes before it goes screwy.

    Any advice someone here gives will probably be costly, so maybe you should spend that money on asking a person trained to figure out these things. (eg computer repair shop/computer provider/google)

    Yeah sure. I can access anything for the first few minutes I am on the computer. It will run for as long as we have it on if we aren't doing anything on it. Something like Powder Toy will work for about 15 minutes.
