BIZS and BIZG bug

2 ways to get these other than getting them from phase change of BIZR:

either "!set type somealreadyplacedelement bizs" (and "!set type somealreadyplacedelement bizg")

    or "tpt.el.bizs.menusection=validmenunumberfrom1to9" (and "tpt.el.bizg.menusection=validmenunumberfrom1to9")

BIZS is invisible all the time no matter what (unless it was gotten from a phase change of BIZR).

BIZG is visible under most conditions, but when I try to copy and paste it (or load a stamp or save with it) it is invisible.

BIZS and BIZG therefore I declare to be "buggy elements" which are in serious need of repair.

    1. They are placeholders for the state changes, they aren't supposed to be in the menu.
    2. I'm sure the invisible is bugs, and I'm sure they'll be fixed.
    3. They aren't that many bugs...there's one bug in each...cry a river, build a bridge, get over it.

Remember the "secret" elements menu? When that existed, if I recall, it had fully functioning standalone elements. What changed in the code to "deactivate" their standalone functionality (other than removing them from any and all menus)?

BIZR is invisible after loading from a save as well. The bug was a result of making them use ctype for their colour (so that they could be coloured by FILT), but it's only since the new graphics system that they turn invisible as a result. Not a deliberate change to deactivate their standalone functionality.

Fixed, thank you for pointing it out.
