    Would be hard-ish, I think, and would be a bit pointless since the stickman is designed to move fast, shoot fast, be fast. You wouldn't really use this and zoom across the screen at the same time, would you?

    There's a cool 2D platforming computer game where you run and jump with the keyboard, and aim and shoot enemy mechs by using your mouse.

    Yeah, guys, It'd be a little weird for STK2 to aim, but the "Q-E aming" would work well, I'd think.

    I'd like to see aiming personally, sounds pretty cool.

    2d action platformer game that has run with the keyboard, aim+shoot with the mouse

    Yes it's been done. Why can't stickman do it?

    CCTV dude, "A complete waste of coding time" Why do you have to a such a... for lack of a better term, Douchy. It's an idea. You don't have to be so disrespectful.

    Really cool idea! Perhaps the mouse aim would be good, but someone’d have to fix bugs if you couldn’t zoom.

    This would be lovely. Kinda here and there though, there would be many issues:
    how to relate to zoom - use the actual point or the point zoomed to;
    how to control two players - having "steering" keys would solve that, (mouse for one would be unfair, have steering for both >:);
    how to solve multiple simultaneous key presses - some keyboards have a key rollover limit, others have N-key rollover;
    how to indicate direction - a triangle spinning around one's head would solve that;
    how to avoid suicide when firing downwards or how to differentiate your own pixels from other ones,
