Useless threads are useless,you should be notified via TPT when a new version is out.you can use the BETA to play around with the elements that are planned for the next update.

Electrons,Acel and Dcel are in the beta as far as i can tell.

There's something you don't understand....
There's only ONE official beta, and you should see the little yellow update bar in the client if you enrolled into beta updates. But updating betas are most likely be only bug fixes.
TL;DR
If there's something new, you will see it the next time you open TPT
