First of all, this is not wrong section, because my post os feedback for moderators and operators of powdertoys forums and IRC channel. And now to actual business. I have recently noticed that there is lot of moderator based differences between punishes, what doesn't actually matter, but there is also user based differences. For example I got permabannaed on irc what was rightful ban so I don't complain about it, but there is a problem on it. My ban was perma because I had so many bans before (just like jackeea on here), but I have saw some people like cctv being banned much more times than me and he is not banned on my knowledge. So I would like some guidelines that all moderators would follow, or at least that moderators would stop their personal feelings towards people. This also include that we keep every new user as bad user, we should give chance for them. (yes I will stop don't size 7 shouting.)

I wasn't complaining about my ban, that problem is solved. I didn't knew that he's permaed, too. Still my point is valid
