Must take the test for each catagory
REQUIREMENTS:
Commited to your department. If your supperior tells you to do that then you do.
HIGHEST Quality work.
Medium to High Average Score
Medium Activeness.
Will to work! Dont do it because i tell you to, do it because you want to help someones save or what-not.
OPTIONAL:
Active forum user. They usually help with being up-to-date on what our customers want.

i am new. my avg score should actually be 9.5 as one of my saves has 16 votes and the other three. why it says 4, i have no clue. but if you do the math (as i just did) you will see that it is 9.5 and i have made front page with one of those.
