@TheWiseEyes This will not help on the issue. @marek11 Either the hard way (Start from step 1) or the somewhat costly way(Start from step 5) 1) Pull the plug on the internet. Disconnect from the wi-fi, pull the cable, close the broadband, ... 2) Find the virus on CTRL-ALT-DELETE -> Start Task Manager -> Processes tab. Find anything saying gibberish, but certainly check the description. (Open Program Location or similar on the right click menu of the suspect) Close the process. 3) Pull up regedit(Windows+R - regedit) and find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Find anything not looking like the regular addition. Delete it, but take careful care. 4) In the program location, delete the program. 5) Shut down your computer. 6) Take it to an IT specialist for a more thorough view. 7) Get an antivirus up STAT. Don't use any other pages (or the Internet at all if you have a disc with the antivirus on it) before. Plus, programs don't usually get install-blocking on someone, what kind of virus do you have?
