How to make a heat exchanger?

    can someone please post a picture thats in detail OR please dumb down explain how to make a heat exchanger?

    like for a steam power plant, i want the steam to rise and fall back into water, but i seem to cant do that because the hot air goes all over the plant, so? i need one side to be cold for it to form back into water!

    All I got from that was that you need to get steam cool enough to turn into water. You can do that with PTCT/NTCT, which reset their temps to 22 Celsius after a little bit.
