PT for all PCs

    Hello!

    I think you should make a powdertoy for all PCs. All PCs I mean for like Really old computers. I know some people who cant play PT because their computers are too old. I have windows 98se I know it is sooo old. When I play PT it lags and it is very VERY SLOW. (about 19-22FPS). Maybe someone Can make powdertoy for all computers.(Maybe take something out of PT,Lower graphics and other stuff.

    well..........your asking us to UNDO all the nice developements weve made........so.......no........

    unless some1 decides to mod TPT so it has a toggle for all the shiny and cool stuff

    You dont have to delete/erese New powder toy And you can still Make new ones.JUst make one for old ones.

    Well do you really think that devs don't try to keep this fast? Truth is that everytime when we do add something game slows.

    Dude, if you think 22 fps is slow then deal with it o_< That's what I always used to get at home -before- we had all these huge speed improvements just lately. There's no super simple way to make the game faster.


    ...Do you have any idea how old windows 98 is? XD


    But yeah, the oldest version should still work. It had a lot of the cool air stuff but not too many elements.

    1. Taking out things would maybe help if they aren't togglable ( Heat Simulation, Pressure Simulation ) So pretty much all what's cool about TPT
    2. "Lowering the Graphics" Isn't possible, it's little squares, the thing that could be done is lowering the simulation size
    3. You can have a very old computer AND STILL be able to run it very good, if it was a NASA Computer, all depends on the power, not the age or the OS
