It would make a sound but noone would be there to detect it. Although animals may detect it.

Koan comes from Zen Buddhism. Like "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" A question or a statement, story etc. that no meaning can be derived from by applying rational thought. "Can God microwave a burrito so hot that He Himself cannot eat it?"

    Question:
You are on a game show. There is three doors. Behind two doors, there is nothing, and one door there is a brand new car. The host allows you to choose one door, and keep what's behind it. You choose door 1. Now, before the host opens the door, he shows that there is nothing behind door 2. He then allows you to switch to door 3, because you just learned that there is nothing behind door 2. Should you switch to door 3? If you get it wrong, or if you can't get it, google "The Monty Hall problem"

Choosing to switch boosts the chance of getting the car up to 2/3.
