Its not like you can control what everyone does on the computer, its like if you think back to grade school and your teacher sent you home with a test and you had a book to get the answers off, so you wouldn't really learn anything in the end.
I think that all these noob protections are pointless. IMHO 10% people reads rules, and 90% don't read them, because they know how to behave in public/ internet. Real n00bZ are in minority... EDIT: And what questions? How to make a flip-flop gate? Oh come on, don make people TPT experts at beginning... I suggest that every new user cannot upload any saves till one week after his/ her registration. It'll prevent them from uploading "OMG Awesome flamethrower!!!!!!!!1111oneoneone"
