Pressure/Air life time on code

    Could look like that on code:
    pv[y/CELL][x/CELL][L#] (note: in mili seconds maybe).

    Uses:
    To make Explosives more unique and different from each other

    Powder Toy does not calculate "seconds" or "miliseconds" or any other form of time we are used to. It calculates Frames.
    This also might break saves. Some pressure systems are designed to hold pressure for a while, they can't have the velocity and pressure systems decay.
