    my friend and I made an account for him his name is alex 32 and we had trouble making his account and he has 2 accounts and he wont do self voting.     As long as he doesn't self vote or vote with multiple accounts, he will be fine.

    Don't worry. quite a few users have multiple accounts (mainly group accounts).
