Just cause you like an idea and others don't, doesn't mean they're spamming. This is a horrible idea. If they don't respond it's either 1. They're ignoring you, 2. They're offline.

There's almost always a moderator on. Plus, the people on irc report spammers so, this won't help with the noob situation..
