AMTR creates PHOT not just when it destroys uranium. It produces PHOT when it destroys anything. Also, the photons produce aren't very plentiful. It would be a pretty weak laser unless you made the chamber huge.

@pokatoy111(View Post) Well, you could have NBLE and ATMR in a pressure containment unit surrounded by PRTI, when the PHOT hits the PRTI, it will be send out of PRTO into a massive chamber of GLOW that has a very small exit covered by BMTL, the PHOT will multiply and eventaully a beam will emerge, then, make the beam pass through another chamber of GLOW except without the BMTL. THat could create a somewhat stable beam, but it would be the largest, weakest laser ever.
