why? what does hydrogen and oxygen have to do with singularities?

A singularity is a point where some property is infinite, like in the center of a black hole.
Not to be mean, but I don't really see why sing should change, it's fine as it is. -

Singularity is just an equivalent to Thunder but it makes negative pressure. Just for that, SING was made. Now it explodes into neutrons etc. Also, singularity does not "create" anything. Clone does that.(or the other 3 versions of clone)
