Glass stopping Photons? Why?

I was tinkering around with a rainbow laser and it seems one partical of glass stopped a photon beam. Not sure if this is a glitch or a technical error on my part. Anyone have an idea as to why? Thanks!

*Edit* Also spark the PSCN on the laser. The photons heat up quite a bit. Weird?

i believe it just requires a certain number of pixels to allow the photons through

also put this thing ~ and then the save id to post a save

like this (~445087) just without the parentheses

EDIT: AND the photons DO NOT heat up when the pscn is sparked as they actually COOL DOWN due to pscn's self cooling ability

Whenever photons hit an angle that produces a new angle that's too difficult to determine, the game goes "ahaha, forget this" and deletes the particle to save fps.

Basically, a "dead" angle where photons are absorbed instead of reflected. Even if that particle normally is transparent :P

Funny...I've been watching too many British comedies and now the game sounds British. O.o
But yeah, that's what happened. It could prove useful if you could find a good "Dead angle"

Isn't that because this game IS British?
