    Just like the other guy suggested:
    It would be a solid at normal pressure but would powder very easily at anything maybe over 0.75 or 1.00 pressure. The resulting powder will be very light weight and blow at the slightest wind.

    Actually, no, when it is locked its for a reason. If you want it so bad and its been suggested, code it yourself, as always.
