Heat transmitting Wi-Fi

Like the title says, Wi-Fi that transmits heat instead of a spark. Useful when you want to show a substance's heat, but not want to put the {t} inside it.
I know it's a bad example, but you probably get what I mean.

There are the portal in/out tubes that people use to tell heat...

Thanks guys, but that's not really working for me without making it really complicated and big. I just tried, and I need the PRTI to take heat from DMND and then transfer it to a PRTO somewhere else to display the temperature with {t}.

It's not that complex. It's basically an L shape.
Take glow that constantly filters into a portal in near the desired DMND.
The DMND heats the glow, the glow falls through the portal and enters the small tube where the sign is. Then, it enters a second portal and exits near the top of the L shape, starting the cycle again.

Double edit: Let me fix that...
