Very easy to make, Just change the state of matter of Broken Coal to liquid, and make the pipe unable to melt.
But it won't be made since TPT doesn't really need new elements, and all the best suggestions have already been suggested. If you'rte geeky enough, and know a bit of C, I would suggest you to make a mod.

You have got to be kidding. That was the first time I read though that, some elements are just so ridiculous it's not even funny. Coffee???? Someone has got to go and edit some of those elements out. How is coffee a "pending suggestion"??
