Look at the possibilites

    In real life, there is something called "heavy water". This is an isotope of H2O. Because of this, it is slightly radioactive. In all water, it has 1 ppm, but CAN be separated. It should be introduced as a new element, HWTR. When you boil it, it creates neutrons, heat, pressure, and HWRV (Heavy water vapor). If mixed with water, it would become WATR. And, if mixed HWRV is mixed with WTRV becomes WTRV. There are many possibilities with this, and one example is stronger nuclear bombs. For example, you add a small dot of Wi-Fi. Then you take a bit of HWTR and surround it with with E-Wall. Then, past that, you add RBDM. Then DUET. Then a layer of C4 to keep it held in place. If the E-Wall is powered, the HWTR hit the RBDM and explodes, creating heat, pressure, and NEUTRONS, which react with DUET to explode, and the DUET self-destructs, and the C4 explodes, releasing all the energy. This could be a great idea to add into Powder Toy.

    we call it DEUT in the powder toy. DEUT in powder is just fine, we dont need to make it any more complex than it already is.

    When you say real life... that killed it.

    Nuclear bombs are already as strong as is feasibly possible.

    I got the idea from DUET. Except this is a liquid, and it reacts with heat, not neutrons.

    DEUT = Dueterium oxide = 2^H2O = heavy water = already implemented

    Don't bother, I am almost certain that some modders are working on a fusion code i.e.
    H2+heat+pressure=NBLE+heat+pressure.
