Now with Fast cooling, Heat regulator, And all of the old bugs fixed.

When you shut the reactor off, it will cool down way faster so if you are close to a meltdown, just shut it off. I also have a heat regulator so the reactors will be closer to the same temp as each other unless some of the mare shut off. It also heats up the reactors faster when its turned on. I also fixed a few minor bugs.
