you'll need to email me via the group email address (don't worry, only i can access the emails. anyone with the email address can send emails, but only i can read them.) via your google mail (gmail) account. if you don't have gmail, then you will need to get one. just send an email with your name (powdertoy display name, that is) so i can add you to the group.

gmail is neccessary for adding you to the Lost and forgotten creations google group, which is for general off topic chat and you also need access to the members only site. google won't allow me to add you without a gmail address. i'll create another account (just google account, not gmail) and add myself to see if you can get away with just a google account

Edited: gmail is not compulsary, however it is preferred. if you don't want to get gmail, that is perfectly fine. i am surprised that you don't have to have gmail. when i tried (all 5 attempts at it) to add my friend to another group i have set up, it would not work. i'll add you right now to the group using the email address you provided. if you wish to change the email address at any time, email me and i will change it for you

in future, i should check first. not assume first. i assumed that clicking on the link would just send a request with the applicants name. but it actually asks for a display name and additional info. i am putting the link back up right now...
