DECENT refers to what I would call decent which is something that would play TPT without crashing at above 20 fps even with a screen full of sparked electrodes and NOT PAUSED. It has to be in a ultra secured area WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BREAK INTO EXCEPT BY ME. I can't get possessed or forced onto drugs or have anything that would make me get rid of my decent computer. The computer can not crash at all and HAS TO BE DELIVERED. It can have no manufacturing faults and all words in this refer to their current meaning as of 28/05/2011 AD/CE in Australia and the standard Australian definitions of the words
