Come to think of it, that voice DOES sound like the one that was really pissed off that you went insane.
A small glint on the edge of the sword catches your eye, some text is etched on the side of the sword:
"Copyleft of Infocom. Sword glows blue when enemies are nearby. Enemies include, but are not limited to: theif, grue, troll."

You atempt to eat the fish when you hear a magical voice in your head.
"Don't eat me! I am the mythical salmon of Fishermans Isle. If you spare my life I can grant you 3 wishes. First however, you must take your Vorple Sword in hand and slay the Jabberwocky. To do so will put you on the right path."
>eat fish

You eat the fish, and pull another one out of the jar.
You atempt to eat the fish when you hear a magical voice in your head.

You suddenly feel as hungry as before you ate the first fish.

You are about to eat the secound fish when you have secound thoughts. Perhaps it would be a good idea to slay the Jabberwocky, I mean it is the right path. You suddenly hear a voice in your head:
"No! Don't listen to him. He is my enemey and an imposter, the corect path is not to slay the Jabberwocky."
Come to think of it the most recent voice does sound a lot more like the one you heard earlier.

(It's "other 60" because you started with 61 including the first in the small jar. Also, you don't eat the 2nd salmon until you eat the rest as well.)
You eat the caviar, tasting its fishy jucy goodness. As you finish it you hear the last of the magical voice die away. You decide to clean yourself up in the kitchen.
>go grab handkerchief

You suddenly realize that your stump where your hand used to be has been bleeding you out. You stick it in the microwave for a few seconds by jamming the door button. The heat cauterizes the stump.
You get your handkerchief
> wipe blood from stump
