The A.H.C. requests that, in respect of the Zylit all nations get out of Madagascar, so that a new, puppet government of the Federation, named: 'New Zylit'. It will be a strictly democratic government that will have cultural ties will all of those who control it. It will constantly shift from custody, from the A.H.C., to Factorial, to Kamkatchka, to the NN and repeat, each controling it for 5 years until a cicle will be over and the states of the Federation will vote wether to grant the New Zylit independence or not.
