AFK Federation Outposts have been put around the states. These govern the provinces and defend them. They are answerable to each state capital. These in turn are governed by The Federation Leaders (Me, Factorial, Hitlersucks, Emporor of coplux.) Every province of each state has a local army and public system. Each of the current four states of the federation have each a state army. After this, all the elites of the Federation are in the Federal Army.

Upon recieving the news of SPP's biological weaponry, RNN advices all citizens to keep their gas-masks near incase of an attack and none of those monsters could enter due to our border defences being so efficient. Fortunately, NNCR has promised not to assault as part of the agreement but there is a possibility that they are lying.

RNN has secretly destroyed their own nuclear arsenal incase of the rebels attempting to seize it. NNCR has, however, now rushed the congress and is ordaining, after the meeting, to take control of Noveya Zemlya, the island where they thought we still are keeping our nuclear arsenal. The congress is now active and is taking place in the Nalan Palace of Astana to give them a sense of honesty. Little did the fools know that we had an assault battalion stationed in Karaganda, with sentry snipers prepared to take them all out in one go or attack if they tried to do anything stupid. The NNCR then plans to make a journey to Noveya Zemlya by air, because we cannot trust you, they said.

Eventually, we have stipulated that as they will arrive at Noveya Zemlya, we will call an air-strike and send our navy to eliminate them. This will be much easier than assaulting them in Astana right away, as they will have literally nowhere to go after they are stranded on Noveya Zemlya, where their leaders will be shut in a bunker and kept there until we arrest and prosecute them.

AHC has requested to announce the land around Gobi Bunker the new AHC capital. Therefore, AHC will be left to do as they wish with Gobi, as they clarified that they have a plan, too.

Now the R.L. and A.L. online security program has been brought down, only the I.L. stands inbetween the SPP and acess to the Spirit Bomb. It essentially became a cyber tug-of-war; one side will gain advantage until the other one gains another advantage.

With the new capital declared in Gobi, all A.H. army retreats to that location and the navy docks at a few Nalan ports (don't worry, we'll pay the rent). Now that all economic, political and military assets in Gobi, the rest of the A.H. land (Europe, Austrialia, S. America, Africa) is ordered to surrender to the rebels. While this may seem ludicrous and suicidal, that A.H.C. warns all other nations not to attack the rebels there, since it is well calculated plan. As we thought, now that the rebel coalition has reached its goal, it wants peace with the other nations. The A.H.C. urges them to accept peace with the rebels.
