    RPEL is fairly random at how much it bounces/pushes the particles, and what direction. It also doesn't serve as an insulator.

    I think that exot should go backwards. as in it should have all of its velocities become the exact opposite of a regular element, because it's exotic matter, which should move into the force... oh dear. not quite sure how to phrase this. just look up exotic matter :3

     It could do this, and since the particles have gravity, it would make them bounce instead of just reflect!!!!!!!

    The only problem I can see with Rubber element is that while reversing the velocity of something when it gets close/on touch is doable, it'll only really work with a few particles at a time per large swath of Rubber. As in, if you try dropping a very small pile of dust on it, they'll all pile up instantly and never get pushed away. :P

     

    In all chances, Repel element was designed knowingly.
