    Btw the PHCL/NECL is actually a good idea 8/10 obviously beluga here didn't read it through.

     

    PYRO Pyrotechnic. Runs around the screen turning everything into explosives, setting things on fire and causing general chaos.

    AGRE: Al Gore. Flies around the screen on a TRON particle, causing everything to warm six degrees and makes all ice melt. It also slowly floods the lower half of the screen with SLTW, and the top half with CO2.
