Intellectual property? As far as I know nobody's copyrighted properly a save or a concept. There are plenty of signs made by people and reused, but they're not actually copyright. And the amount of people that have redone real-life logos and not been caught by IP laws says a lot, really. It could probably be taken down if a real-life company put a claim in, but it seems unlikely that something will be taken down. -
It's ok to copy anything you want privately for person purposes if that's what your asking. In fact I've seen a lot of "stolen" saves where the guy just forgot to unpublish it.
