    Make a "custom firefox build", which just has the name and the icon. When it is ran, show error dialog: "Operating system not found", optionally launch a nice fork bomb, and then shut down the machine. Then give this to your friend. If they use chrome or IE, make your software appear as that.

    The best one to do is set there screen to alarm that sets off the internal siren and it makes the computer shut down. :D Love doing that.

    Change the default login sound on the computer to that of a gunshot, change the volume to its loudest setting and log off. The next person to log on to the computer will be in for a surprise.
